The Meetings

The Northern Lake County Illinois Chapter was organized in October of 1984 and meets at 7:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.  Meetings are held at the Millburn Congregational Church, which is located at the intersection of route 45 and Grass Lake Road, Millburn, Illinois.

All bereaved parents, siblings, and grandparents are welcome to attend.  If attending alone would be uncomfortable for you, you are welcome to bring a friend.

Meetings typically involve introductions, discussion of a topic related to grief, sharing of personal experiences and feelings, and an informal time of refreshments and one-to-one conversation.  Meetings conclude by 9:30 p.m.
